Why do I need a will?
Are you getting married, having a baby, buying a home, received a settlement or inheritance, a loved one is nearing the end of life, you are traveling, does your family not know your preferences for burial, etc.
Many people think that a will is only for financial asset distribution. "I leave all my money to my Mom". But in fact, there are many other reasons to have a will drafted. A will could help your loved ones honor any requests you have for after you have passed. It can help give closure to your loved ones as they will know exactly what you wanted, without having to interpret what they think you would want.
